I have preordered Galaxy S10. and I don't see Galaxy watch offer.

Hello,

I just got my preordered Galaxy S10 yesterday from flipkart.
I have followed all the procedure for Galaxy watch offer.
Signed in to Samsung Shop.
When I check eligibility for preorder offer, it gives toast message, "you are not eligible for this offer"!

What to do?
I want to change the sim card after availing this offer but I still don't  see it!
Anybody with same problem?

The offer was only for pre-orders.
It takes 3 days for offer to be available if you purchased mobile from stores other than Samsung's.
