I didt get my free gift voucher yet

Hello all . 

Is there any one who guide me how to get free fift voucher of Samsung galaxy s22 ultra, i booked my phone through offiline market dealer shop, i contacted to Samsung official customer service they asked that voucher is available through 10th April but i didnt get any voucher yet. 

How to get and apply. Please guide if anyone have same issue

I again contact to Samsung customer service, and they escalate my complaint to relevant department, if i get any further information ill update here soon . Thanks

Go to Benefits section. You will find the coupon there.

Everything else including how to redeem the voucher is mentioned with the code.

I don't know what's the issue than. I got my coupon code and redeemed it without any problem. It was right there in the benefits section 🤷‍♂️
