Settings> Scroll down to Software Updates> Download and install update. If you don't see a update, then you must be running One UI 5.0 please check this by going to settings> About device> Software Information> One UI.

If its not running One UI 5.0 and there isn't any update. Please check your serial number and confirm with samsung that you are eligible for UI 5.0. If this thread was helpful, consider, upvoting it.
