I didn't get @990 samsung budpro offer till now

I bought S21 plus on 5 th july. From the store they told I will get an offer @990 galaxy budspro . But till now I am not able to redeem the offer please help me out..

Open Samsung Shop app and go to For You page and click on "See If I'M Eligible".
It will ask for your IMEI no so put that in and purchase it immediately.
