I have a S21 Ultra device and the device supports the Android 14 update, but my device is still stuck on the Android 12 update. I tried all the ways to update the phone, but to no avail, knowing that my device is an American version and I live in Dubai. When I called Samsung America support, they gave me a ticket number and told me that they would contact me. Two days later, but 10 days have passed and no contact has been received ,I hope to find help so that I can update the phone
