logout from your company related apps and uninstall those apps. and try..

You need to contact you company for further details ... you can not update the device untill your organization pushes the update ..

there is no other way to update this device

Log out from your company gmail and then update.

its not about gmail . this is enterprise device . knox is configured so no use of any thing except the work profile deleted from knox workplace

to remove KNOX WORKPLACE

but remember You will loose the warranty if your device is configured through your company

even after removing knox workplace account there is no assurance that you will get updates from global server .. so consult your provider or company with whom your device knox workplace is configured
