I am trying to redeem my S22 preorder galaxy buds 2 which i just received now but after filling contact detail when I click continue it keep showing Please enter valid details to proceed 

But I have recheck every information multiple times plus tried it both on my phone & PC but still same error any advice

I think the name entered by you should be the same as the name u registered while making samsung account
