Use usb-c cable connect to any PC or laptop and boot the phone into recovery mode by pressing volume down button and power button at the same time. Then use volume up and down button to navigate and click on "clear cache memory" with power button. Once clear the cache memory navigate to boot the phone back to normal mode.
The battery drain issues will stop you can also watch some YouTube videos on how it is done to guide properly.
No use.i had done this 2 times and service centre people also done the same.they are telling phone is in full condition ,never ever buy samsung smartphones again thats the only solution buy Iphone pro max seriesits better for battery,camera and performance
