I would like to bring a few concerns to Samsung’s attention regarding the Galaxy S23 series. After updating my Galaxy S23 (256 GB) to the November 2025 patch, I noticed an unusual battery drop during and immediately after installation, along with UI stuttering in areas that normally remain smooth. As someone whose family has trusted Samsung devices for over a decade, it feels disheartening to see newer and even more affordable models like the Galaxy S24 FE receiving features that the S23 lineup has not, despite the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 being fully capable of supporting them. Samsung has already shown that extended support is possible, as demonstrated by the Galaxy M33 receiving an additional OS update beyond its promised policy, and in light of this, I sincerely and respectfully request that Samsung consider extending the S23 series to at least 6 years of OS and security updates. This would greatly reassure loyal customers and reflect the brand’s long-standing commitment to user satisfaction. With the upcoming One UI 8.5 update, it would mean a lot to us if the following features could also be considered for the S23 series, provided the hardware allows:

• AOD wallpaper dimming
• AI Audio Eraser
• Smooth Zoom
• Additional Galaxy AI features introduced on newer models
• Performance and stability improvements
• Battery optimization fixes
• Improved UI consistency with the latest devices

Many users across the community feel unheard, and we genuinely hope Samsung will acknowledge this feedback and continue being the customer-focused brand we have always trusted.
