Is there a way to turn off image processing that happens immediately after clicking a shot on s24 ultra. Thr processed image looks much uglier than the clicked one and it isn't natural too. I have set the optimization settings to minimum, but still the processing is horrible and ruins the natural beauty of the pics

Use Pro mode and set the format to raw and jpeg.
You can use apps like Lightroom and other free editing apps to edit the raw files. 👍🏻

Well it's not working and you can't access all the camera sensors in pro mode

Yes, yes, you can access all the camera sensors.
The uw uses the 12mp,
W uses the 200mp with 2x zoom,
T uses 10mp with 3x zoom &
ST uses the 50mp sensor with 5x n 10x zoom.

Brother, don't worry. The camera will get better after updates.

Right question and right observation. This processing by samsung takes so much time and after processing the pictures really become ugly.

100% agreed there should be a dedicated option or toggle to stop this. There is one option in camera setting under intelligent optimization to set it to minimum. I will test and confirm back

I have kept everything optimization option to minimum, but still no use. Is it the case with s23ultra as well?

Open camera app
Then open setting
Over there you can see " Intelligent optimisation" opiton

Then click on that and select MINIMUM option
