You have to goto near service center or jio has an customer number for activation of esim so you can search that

If you want to do it yourself.First you need to check if u registered email Id with ur jio no.If yes
Than
1.Type GETESIM < space ><32-digit EID>< space ><15-digit IMEI> and send it to 199 from the Jio number you wish to activate eSIM on.
2.Type ‘1’ and send the SMS to 199 to share your consent on SMS. With that, you'll receive the eSIM profile and a QR code via SMS and email respectively.
3.Within 10 minutes, you will receive an IVR call from +91 2235072222 on your Jio number. Just press ‘1’ to give your consent on the call. You will have to wait for 2 hours.
4.After 2 hours, you will receive confirmation via SMS and email to install the Jio Data plan. Connect your device to wifi and install esim which you get via email attachment .
On your phone go to add esim than scan qr.if you unable to scan qr than enter activation code which u get with qr.
Note - If you don't have registered email Id with ur no. Than don't do this.got to Jio nearby Jio store
