How to get the voucher - explained

So I bought Galaxy S25 FE yesterday from Samsung Lucky One. I was confused on why I did not get the voucher. I was refreshing my page continuously until I clicked on the SUGGESTIONS (in blue above TAPMAD) and Viola !!! I got my voucher for 25k. Ordered a charger and Buds and the order went through.

Where is this suggestions? I cannot find it on the members application? I have activated my S25fe on 4th May but haven't received the voucher.
