How to change activation number of Samsung S20

As you know Samsung is providing Samsung buds plus at discounted price for Indian customer after pre booking s20 device. 
I pre orders the device with x mobile number but when I received the device my device get activated with y mobile number. 
Now whenever I try to redeem offers its says offer not available for ur phone. 
Problem is that u have to activate mobile with same Mobile number as u pre orderd it and that Sim must be present in ur 1st slot.
So x sim should be present in my 1st slot. 
Now what should I do.. How do I reactivate my device with x Sim.
To be honest i put my x sim in 1st sim tray i have no idea how the device get activated with y Sim which is present in 2nd slot of sim tray.

you have to call Samsung customer care...my friend bought S20 and went through same issue...Samsung customer.care were able to resolve the issue and he ordered the buds today

Please tell me the procedure that how did you redeemed the offer. I am also facing the same issue.

yes, this is a known tech issue faced by many. I too called the customer care and got it resolved.
