What exactly do you mean by "notification color" ? Do you mean the white colored card? That's not officially possible but i think there's an apk for that on reddit.
But if you want to you can change the theme of your notification bar using an app called "Good Lock" by Samsung (it's an official app on the galaxy app store)
After you install that app get an additional app called "QuickStar" to get full access to theming on the notification bar.
If the app is not available in your country , try to get an apk of the app.
