Hotstar streaming issue during LIVE PL match in S10 Plus

Hi Members,

I am facing video buffering issue in hotstar ONLY while watching live PL matches. Massive frame dropes and video is stuttering. Please help. 

Tried everything (uninstall, clear cache/data) reported to hotstar as well. They could not help. Please help.
