Galaxy S
My phone has been unable to catch stable network and consequently data and calls are not been working for almost 2 months now. I visited the service center multiple times, and different solutions were suggested from switching off VOLTE, to formatting the phone, to updating a stable OS, to changing binaries to performing a QA/QC test (all was fine in this test hardware and software). This happened almost a month back.
I had already lost patience at that time and as there was no resolution, I asked for a replacement device. Which was rejected without anyone calling me saying logs need to be taken. Then after continously following up, I was asked to submit the logs. I had asked many times for many people to call me and update, but no calls were forthcoming. After much pushing, I got a call from a manager late night one day and he assured he would expedite and call me every 2 days to update me. Its been 2 weeks and I haven't received a single call back. In the middle, I even asked a manager to call back, even that was not returned.
No one seems bothered enough to resolve this issue. I've had a non-working phone for almost 2 months of my warranty. Which has been wasted. The inconvenience of all this an altogether separate issue and the attitude of not calling back is absolutely shocking.
I'm not sure if even this post might help, but I just have to try, otherwise no one is taking my issue seriously.

And the customer unnecessarily suffers so much in the process.
My warranty period is going to expire in about 10 days or so and I just hope that by the time they can give me some solution.
Else post expiry they might just say we're beyond warranty period and can't help you.
Rushiano did you eventually manage to get your issue resolved?
