Is anybody experiencing high battery drain on S23 ultra? Previously my phone should last 36-48 hours and now I can not get 12 hours out of it (usage pattern has not changed), I can feel the phone running warm near the camera module even when the screen is off, I have experienced this problem over the last week.
I eventually took my phone in to a service centre and had them look at it and there was no faults picked up via diagnostics.
However, when i did a simple test of switching my phone off, the battery drained considerably (20% over the course of 1 night, when the phone was off).
I proved that there was something wrong with the phone even when diagnostics did not pick it up. I dont think that Samsung knew about this happening either.
The Samsung store then exchanged my phone for a new one.
I hope this helps if others are experiencing high battery drain, just switch the phone off and check if it is draining battery
