Pl help regarding s9 battery

I am not a gamer but s9 battery back up is not good. I do charge twice a day, sometimes 3 times a day

Can I replace battery or is it normal.?

Once visited service center flashed firmware but no use.

Can I know anybody battery got replaced and getting good battery back up

Try installing naptime app it will help you limit your battery drain...

no its normal as processor takes power to keep up
