Hi guys just wanted to say I'm abit disappointed with the type of promotions

I pro ordered the s23 ultra and the promotion we had was the tab 6 light, and now u giving any1 that purchases the s23 ultra a tab 8 plus the buds, I mean seriously we spend this much on a phone the least you can do is give us the buds

I don't know just got off the phone with Crapsung and they seem to don't know either. So we keep on waiting cause they don't answer calls, emails and even their complaints department doesn't seem to care

It's rubbish, I will not be purchasing another Samsung, they ripping us of like seriously you even give buds to guys that buy an a series, how is that fair

I purchased mine with Telkom and I.wanted to add the Galaxy watch as per the promotion but they said they don't have any stock. How disappointing?!
