1. Check Mobile Data During Call:
Make a test call and see if Mobile data is still ON in the status bar. If it switches off, it could be carrier-related.

2. Network Mode Reset:
Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode and toggle between 5G/4G/3G/2G (Auto) and 4G/3G/2G (Auto). Sometimes forcing 4G fixes call-data conflicts.

3. Clear Carrier Settings:
Remove and reinsert your SIM card. Some carriers push updates for VoLTE/data.

4. Reset Network Settings:
Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings. This clears conflicts without erasing personal data.

5. Check Carrier Support:
Some carriers don’t fully support simultaneous voice + data even with VoLTE. Contact your carrier to confirm VoLTE + data during call is supported.


If after all this it still happens, it’s likely a carrier limitation, not a device bug.

Hi there! Congrats on your new S25 Ultra. This issue usually happens because the network switches to an older frequency (like 3G) during calls, which doesn't support simultaneous data and voice.
To fix this, please try the following steps:
Enable VoLTE: This is the most common fix. It allows you to use 4G/5G data while on a call.
Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Toggle on VoLTE calls.
Check "Data during calls": If you are using dual SIMs, ensure this feature is on.
Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Enable Data during calls.
Reset Network Settings: Sometimes a quick refresh helps the S25 Ultra re-sync with your carrier.
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings.
Carrier Compatibility: Ensure your SIM card is 5G-ready and that your carrier has provisioned your account for VoLTE on the S25 series.

The problem is from a company, not from a phone /Carrier Compatibility
I'm the same, my friend.
Don't worry, there's a problem with the transmitters and they're not strong enough to give you internet during calls
