My phone automatically switches to silent

There is a simple solution. Do the following:
1. Go to Settings > Modes and Routines > Routines
2. Click on the + button on the top-right corner of the screen
3. Click the 'Add what will trigger this routine' button
4. Scroll till you find 'During call' and click it
5. Click the 'Add what this routine will do' button
6. Click 'Sounds and vibrations'
7. Click 'Sound mode and volume'
8. Set your suitable mode and volumes and after done, click 'Done'
9. Click 'Save' and the button will redirect you to the naming and icon page
10. Give it a name, icon and colour of your choice and click 'Done'

Then, you're all set and it will never go silent again.
