Help.! why is my S10+ very hot!

My device temp. Is 31 degrees and i don.t use any thing only opening data and using whats app and samsung member...why is a flagship feels very worm in the middle of the winter.?

this issue is noticed with the exynos version, restart the device and keep monitoring

i restarted the device and soft reset it twice and no change

Weather condition does not affect the device heat dissipation status. It depends on the device itself and how it is being used. We recommend to visit the service center to check the product if it is really heating normally or not.

heat dissipation is a function of both heat source temperature and heat sink temperature , by mentioning this info i was justifying why its normal for any phone to get hotter in summer becuase it can not diislipate heat into an already hot air, and as for my device use i am not a heaby user and i,ve had my s10+ for 7 month now and u get familiar with your phone battery consumption with time and i really liked it in the begining and still do but my only complain is that after android 10 my device temperature is always warm despite no external factors leading to this such as high ambient temp. this means..
in ddition i went to customer service they told my to soft reset and i did this twice but still nothing changed,
so i go to customer service nothing happens i come to here no thing happens , i even sent an error teport and didn.t get feedback
so please provide a solution for this considering all this time delay!

from my unexperienced point of view this means that if i.m not a heavy used and my screen brightness is minimal that there is high background battery consumptions from apps , i don.t care but to restore the normal temp. of the battery in noramal use because if my brightness is 30% and on medium battery saving mode and no battery intensive apps and my phone temp. is 29 , so what if i decided to utilize full performance of phone hardware what temp. will be 35! if u put your self in my place this is really worrying
