The shopkeeper sold me S20 fe 5g with September 2023 packing product on 19th September 2023 with Android 13 and told me that samsung promise 2 year's android update and 3 years security update but still i didn't get Android Update. Please tell me what is True.....
Shopkeeper fooled you bro. S20fe is now discontinued by samsung. Last update was android13. Now u should consider S23fe as it is now selling at 35k with Galaxy AI & all latest features, also android update till android 17
You will get security updates for about a year but no Android updates. That shop keeper scammed you. Also, please do basic google search instead of blindly trusting shopkeepers.
