Facing terrible battery drain its been only 3 days i got my phone  ... I don't know whether its normal or not..need to charge my phone 3times a day..feeling terrible..after long time getting a galaxy device  and very disappointed..and now flipkart will not even accept my replacement..what might be the issue please help..or this a software bug?

😱 did you update software via mobile data or wifi? if it's like that then this will happend only... because it not the proper process in Samsung devices especially

just visit service center and flash the firmware for now ....and from next time use smart switch and pc to install software

main problem am facing is that only two apps consuming hell lot of batter device care and digital wellbeing i can't able to give force stop also

can I flash firmware via Odin myself or should I take to service center

if you know how to use Odin then please do that otherwise visit service center as they use Odin only for their official purposes
