Heating issues with a Indian Galaxy S20

I just bought brand new Galaxy S20 and its heating like induction.

Event in regular usage its too hot to even touch on area near camera. 

I am already running latest update. 

Samsung get me a new device or refund my money.

My next phone will be an IPhone or one plus for sure.. This will be the last Samsung I purchased. Note I was using Samsung from last 10 years S S4 S8 and S20

I'm also facing same issue on my s20 that I'm using from last 3 weeks it overheats after 10 to 15 mins of normal usage as im monitoring temperature and also done factory reset and hv put almost every app to deep sleep
spoke with samsung they can't help as lockdown is going on will wait then if it gets fixed by upcoming patches
