Heating issues with a Indian Galaxy S20

I just bought brand new Galaxy S20 and its heating like induction.

Event in regular usage its too hot to even touch on area near camera. 

I am already running latest update. 

Samsung get me a new device or refund my money.

Last Update of One UI 2.1 brought with a lot of problems. I have Note 10 Plus after the update of April 7, the battery in my phone is draining very quickly and the phone is getting very hot. In samsung, they keep making changes in the setting of the complex and reset the factory of the last spoke. Factory reset as well but the problem is the same on the phone. I have lost my mind that such a costly phone and all this has to be suffered. I hate samsung.
