I am using s20fe since 6 month but it get overheated while capturing photos and drpos video call from watsapp and also is gets heated up while just using the phone
That's the most common issue with the galaxy devices, but there's a solution as well. Below are some steps which you can follow which you can follow.
1. Disable the bloatwares which are of no use and came pre-installed with your device.
2. Run device care twice a week which is in all galaxy devices pre-installed.
3. Keep power mode optimized, which will also extend your battery life.
Not only Samsung devices any phone gets heated up when you use camera and s20 has a very powerful camera, usually 1080p 60fps settings are good and takes less space as well try this settings and let me know.
