Heating issue

I purchased the Galaxy S20+ 3 months back and now I'm facing severe heating issues in the phone. This heating increase whenever I do a videocall on WhatsApp or whenever I normally use the phone with my Hotspot on.

Do other S20+ owners also face this issue or is it with my device only.

I facing the battery drain and heating both issue. And also some.times it also hanging. The exynos is the worst.

It may be because of exynos chip. The Samsung Device's which have exynos processor's are heating and draining fast.

Yes in normal uses my phone goes upto 45c even after service center visits same heating issues
