Please let the device understand your usage pattern for a week and if still, you face the same problem then visit the nearest Samsung service center and they will reset the device with the latest software.

Its normal as s22 due to compact size they were not able to fit that efficient cooling chamber, compare to plus and ultra but, since its snapdragon it will adjust over time.
