Heating Problem

I am using samsung galaxy S21 5g phantom violet since a week, my phone heats up like hell while using camera, making video calls, swicthing on the mobile data, etc.

Please suggest me what to do with this ? 

Or else change my device

Can you plz try to wipe cache ones and see if it is happening. Also make sure all the apps are up to date. First try this then we might have a picture infront of us why all this is happening 🤔
