Haven't received update for android 14 UI 6 in Pakistan

I am unable to update to latest UI 6 

I have s23 ultra 

In setting it shows ke your device is up to date 

What should I do

Your phone doesn't have official software, download and install firmware through odin on pc, or take it to a shop and ask them to update.

Yes the shop keeper was saying something about patch
But I didn't understand it

Usi shopkeeper ke paas jao aur kaho ke iska official firmware karke de jo csc ke saath match karta ho, us pe hi aap ko regular updates milengi sirf. Warna har baar manually update hi karna parega.

Yes, secure folder works with knox security, and it is disabled when phone is patched.
