Hard Reset Phone

Hey Guys,
Have been facing lag issues on S10 since the android 10 update. Hence thinking to format the phone. So would need some suggestions before formatting. have made some backup via smart switch in my laptop. Any other trick you might wana share with me?

try wipe cache first, maybe it'll solve your problem.

try this app..click on cache cleaner and accept all permissions..it will clean all apps cache...

thanks will give it a try. i mostly face lag while brnging dwn the notification panel or while switching apps. its very much annoying

Hi there,

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
> Ensure 20% of internal memory of device is free (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device maintenance > storage).

> If device hangs in any particular application/game then Clear cache memory of that application (Settings>apps> tap on that app>storage>clear cache)
