Hi,
This calculation is based on your daily usage. The more you use your device, the more accurate the estimated usage time will be.

I agree about this but my question is the phones which are three times cheaper than this piece of scrap having the same battery specs is giving more than 20hours and this phone only 14 hours without any use if it is use the battery gets drains super fast
I will say to samsung to change the caption to super charge and super drainage

A cheaper phone with same battery spec will use hardware that is not as fast as your device. For example, the faster the processor is, the more battery it will use, your phone got a faster processor than a cheap phone in turn uses more battery. Your phone got a bigger display and battery consumption will be more when compared to a cheaper phone with same battery spec. Your device camera will use more battery than a cheap phone with same battery spec because your camera hardware is more advanced. In terms of battery capacity, the numbers seems similar, but you have to consider the load on battery too.

Hi there,

Check these tips on how you can manage your battery life -

• Turn off Wi-Fi to save the battery when not in use.

• Change the screen resolution. It is set to FHD+ by default. Higher resolutions make the display more vivid, however they will consume more battery power.

• Use Device Care. The device Care feature provides an overview of the status of your device’s battery.

• Change Power saving mode. MID: Activate power saving mode to extend the battery’s usage time. MAX: In maximum power saving mode. The device decreases battery consumption by applying the dark theme and limiting the apps and features available. Network connections, except for the mobile network, will be deactivated.

• You can save battery power by preventing apps that are running in the background from using battery power when they are not being used.

• App power management - Enable Adaptive Battery & Put unused apps to sleep.

• Also if you are in a weak network area try to move to an area with a good network signal to avoid battery consumption.

My device has been in service center for more than 6 months for different issues. Every time they have responded back saying PHONE WILL NOT BE REPLACED AND ONLY REPAIRED AND THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOUR. This time also if they repair, I am definitely going to take a legal course of action. The customer service is their duty and not a favour to me.
