go to service centre and get reinstall your software.
hopefully after reinstall from service centre ur problem would solve

or as of now go to safe mode and observe if not such problems occurred then problem with your 3rd party apps

Did you check with other S10 users? If all are facing this then it might be update issue wait for the next update. But I guess not.
It is recommended to update using smartswitch pc for glitch free experience.
As of now 1.use mobile in safe mode for atleast 20min.
2. Reset your device. Still?
3. Visit service center for reflashing software.
