HOT UPDATE :BEWARE SAMSUNG SELLING DEFECTIVE S24 ULTRA I was sold a S24 Ultra 1TB from Samsung Gulf Online on 30th January 2024 and it was supplied with a FAULTY MOTHERBOARD out of the box (reported to Samsung on 7th of February 2024), Just now 22 Feb 2024 again Samsung CEO office in Dubai called and refused to replace and wants AED 4000+ to give me a new device and told me to sell the faulty device in the second hand market. BEWARE Buyers of SAMSUNG this company looking to cheat its customers.
Update: In view of the adamant attitude by Samsung not to replace my new device, I raised a charge back with my credit card provider and Samsung replaced the phone. Thank you Visa
