HOT UPDATE :BEWARE SAMSUNG SELLING DEFECTIVE S24 ULTRA I was sold a S24 Ultra 1TB from Samsung Gulf Online on 30th January 2024 and it was supplied with a FAULTY MOTHERBOARD out of the box (reported to Samsung on 7th of February 2024), Just now 22 Feb 2024 again Samsung CEO office in Dubai called and refused to replace and wants AED 4000+ to give me a new device and told me to sell the faulty device in the second hand market. BEWARE Buyers of SAMSUNG this company looking to cheat its customers.

You bought the phone from where? Samsung gulf online ? U mean Samsung gulf website this must be so hurtful

I also bought first faulty Samsung device online from Samsung Gulf. First time I have issue with Samsung device. Local bought, never had problems. This one from Samsung Gulf fails to update. Need waste more time take to service center.

I'm not understand you or your problem. From where you buy your mobile. How come Samsung will tell you to sell your faulty mobile and refuse to replace it? It's not make sense. Please, your story doesn't make sense. Please explain your problem clearly🤔

I had purchased a Samsung S24 Ultra 1TB Mobile Phone from Samsung Gulf Electronics Ltd FZE Dubai online portal on the 30th of January 2024 (Order No: AE240119-82337480)and activated the Phone on the 1st of February 2024. I found that the phone was frequently crashing and on the 4th and 5th of February 2024, I tried contacting their online chat but was not getting connected to the Agent. Thus I contacted the Samsung online phone support on 6th of February and they advised me to do some settings changes and call back if I had problems. I found that this was also not useful and my phone was still crashing.

On the 7th of February I called the Samsung team again and they did remote diagnostics on my phone and while doing the tests the phone crashed & they said they are helpless. On the 7th of February 2024 I went to the Ajman Samsung Service center and they reinstalled the software and still the phone was crashing and I then handed over the phone to the Ajman Samsung service Center (Receipt Attached) & requested a REPLACEMENT of the phone since it was a defect OUT OF THE BOX. On the 8th of February 2024 Samsung Team called me very arrogantly & said that the MOTHER BOARD in the Phone is defective and they cannot replace the phone but will repair the phone.

Upon placing my complaint to the CEO of Samsung Gulf on 22nd Feb 2024. I received a call from Samsung Dubai office at 3:59 pm of the 22nd of February 2024 I was informed to pay AED 4000+ to get a New Device and sell the Defective Phone to the public. Please remember I have paid AED 5399 to purchase your new phone.

I am shocked to find such dubious and unethical cheating practices adopted by the Samsung Company and show how innocent people are trapped in your dubious act of supplying defective products and making them pay for replacements.
