HEATING ISSUES In S20 FE 5G

Hello Guys I am using Samsung S20 Fe 5g model and I am Facing Heating Issues while Charging, normal usages and in Gaming too. The Phone temperature goes upto 45° frequently. Does anyone facing issues like this

My s20fe 5g heat when it's charging but when I use it , no heat issue !!
And my camera performance is lower than before . My s20fe 5g photos are now overprocessed and bad detailed and bad ! But why? I Don't know!!
And 0 to 100% charging speed decreased (with 15w charger)

Do you tried wipe cache partition
