HAVING PROBLEMS WITH GOOGLE SYSTEM UPDATES

Hello! I'm experiencing an issue with Google system updates. When I try to click on the update button, it doesn't respond. Does anyone have advice know of an option to install the updates manually? I'd greatly appreciate any help or guidance on resolving this issue."

It changes after I did the August update, but when I click, it won't respond or search for an update

You might need to restart your phone or clear the phone's cache memory

I have uninstalled the play services update, same with the Google Play Store. I did clear cache memory yesterday. I have restarted many times, but it won't respond
