Hello, I have been using samsung s21 ultra from Bangladesh for the last 18 months and after april update my phone a greenline on screen. Seeking help and asking what to do now ? Is it due to the update? Will it go away in the next update?

I didn't get it after april update . I think yours is special case. I haven't heard from anyone till now. Anyways visit Samsung service centre they might replace it free of cost.

Yes I am probably the luckiest person from my region. They have denied replacing the screen for free. And the replacement will take almost 450 USD 😚

That's because they will give free replacement when many units start to get the same issue. I think you need to wait for some more days to check whether this issue occurs on most of the s21 series. But i think so it won't happen.

I hope for the best. Lets see what happens. I did find few s21u device owners facing greenline issues. And the samsung bangladesh is only replacing upto note 20 ultra. Lets see what happens next.

Yeah but I think those whose update is not done properly this issue might be happening. I am not sure. Also one of my friend is using s20 plus from 3 years even after so many updates he didn't get any green line issues till now. So it depends on how you use also.

Probably. The update was done properly. And I been using this phone for 18 months without any drop or pressure on screen. I even dont play game on this device. You can say I havent been able to utilize this device to the fullest. And then this 🥲

Oh k no problem I just inquired with a service centre guy he told till now they haven't come across this issue in s21 series.
