Hello Samsung. I am a User of Samsung Galaxy S22 5G mobile. while using my mobile, a green line has been appeared on my phone screen post software update. There is no dent in my phone and no water sipage. I took to service center do all the factory reset and other diagnostic. The greenline is appearing on the screen without any fault of mine but still it has been told that i have to pay above Rs.15k. I've checked about the issue, I've seen that the samsung company officially announced free screen replacement for green line on phone for all S series users. But, they are saying that the screen has to be replaced at your own cost.
I've asked for the free replacement, but they mentioned that it isn't applicable for S22 model phones.
I hereby, raise a complaint to the official Samsung community, claiming that, they should provide free replacement as this issue appeared without any fault of mine. The fault is of Samsung software update then why i will pay for it.
If free replacement is applicable for other models, then it should be provided for S22 model also.
Hence, request the concerned authority to check through my concern and take the necessary action immediately.

I am experiencing a similar issue with my Samsung S22 Plus, which started last month. As Samsung's policy does not cover free screen replacement, I hope they will prioritize this matter and focus on customer satisfaction rather than solely promoting the upcoming S25 models.
