My Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone has just arrived after complimentary repairs from Samsung. First, I would like to express my gratitude for your responsibility in acknowledging the fault with Samsung's device and for providing excellent service to your valued customers. Rather than suggesting I purchase a newer model, you graciously accepted the faulty device for repair, even though the warranty had expired a few weeks prior. I am eager to see if my Galaxy S22 Ultra looks as good as new.

Didn't you see the post? So, it looks like they only charged for delivery and service. That's it. Rs.5000LKR for service, 650 for delivery.

Don't know about S24 Ultra or how they will work that out...

May i ask if you got any kind of lines with your S24 Ultra? (Green/pink/white) lines without damaging the phone?

I got some black dots across the display. I don't know whether it's a problem with the display
Some told those are the spaces in between pixels

If you notice small, dark spots resembling liquid, it's unusual; you may have accidentally spilled or squeezed something onto the screen.

If it's only affecting a few pixels (dead pixels are rare; if they are dead, you would likely see green lines),

this suggests the pixels themselves aren't damaged, but rather the screen's surface has been compromised in some way.
