My S23 Plus has a green tint/shade since the Nov 2025 update. It 8s increasing day by day. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

1. It is clearly visible in grey colour.
2. It is clearly visible in low light or dim light.

Since you said:

Green tint is visible on grey It is clearly visible in low brightness / dim light

this is a very common AMOLED behavior when the panel starts degrading on phones like the Samsung Galaxy S23+.

Why it happens mostly in low light

On AMOLED screens:

At low brightness, pixels receive very small voltage. If the panel calibration becomes uneven, the green sub-pixels dominate. That is why the screen looks greenish on grey backgrounds, especially in dark environments.

When brightness increases, the voltage becomes stable and the tint becomes less noticeable.

Things you can try (temporary improvements) 1️⃣ Increase minimum brightness

Try keeping brightness above 30–40%.
Many people notice the tint almost disappears.

2️⃣ Turn off Extra Dim

Settings → Display → Extra dim OFF

3️⃣ Turn off Eye Comfort Shield

Settings → Display → Eye comfort shield OFF

4️⃣ Change Screen Mode

Settings → Display → Screen Mode

Switch between:

Vivid Natural

Sometimes Natural mode reduces the green tint.

5️⃣ Software reset

Settings → General management → Reset → Reset all settings

(This will not delete your data.)

Important thing

Because you said “it is increasing day by day”, that suggests the display panel may be slowly failing.

If it continues to worsen, the final fix is usually screen replacement.

One more test that helps confirm the issue:

Open a dark grey image and reduce brightness to 10–20%.

Tell me:

Does the screen show green patches / uneven areas,
or The whole screen becomes slightly green?

That will tell us exactly how serious the panel problem is. 📱
