I am facing display green tint issue in galaxy s10, is anyone facing same issue?

Admin:
Kindly respond on issue also let is know its hardware issue or software issue.
If software issue kindly release update
If hardware issue ask ask Samsung to provide free display replacement

on gree tint issue spoken with Samsung customer support they telling Samsung will not give free replacement on display even its under warranty
this is worst experience on Samsung device, if Samsung not providing right service when they charged premium cost definitely Samsung will lose sales (already experience in note 20)
this is my last Samsung devise I will never buy Samsung mobile again

I am also facing green tint issue after the last patch and I am not getting much support from Samsung. Basically they are not ready to listen! I am waiting for the next patch currently.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!


To resolve the issue kindly follow the given below steps:-


1. Display brightness level:- Kindly set the device display brightness in auto mode (If available).
Steps to adjust brightness in auto mode: Swipe down on the home screen to open notification panel>Turn on Auto brightness. 


2. Reset the device:- Settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app along with screenshots, short videos and error log file(Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

my devise received Nov 20 security patch after update also problem is not resolved

I'm facing similar green tint on entire display. never seen black color after. one ui 2.5 . if it's software update fix it pls. . S9 plus was perfect phone.
