Its not the update its the hardware issue.
Your phone might have heaten up a lot during the update installation which causes this issue.

Update se hi issue aata h brother, heat waghaira se panel mei lines nhi aatein,
Samsung intentionally old s series phones pr update se panel issue krta h, ta'k log upgrade krein. Koi puchne wala to hai nhi inko.
