Kindly try to do a soft reset for the device by pressing and holding the Power button and the volume down button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. This will not delete any data on the device.
If the issue persists, please try to submit your device at Samsung authorized service center, and the technicians will do the needful.
Did as per above advice, however it was of no use as the line is appearing from the boot screen itself. Please Google this issue in the Internet. Its a hardware issue in S20 Plus model itself. However if we take this to service center they are asking for AED 1000 for changing the display as the warranty is already expired. You guys please Google this issue in the Internet and search for "Greenline in S20+ display" you can see lot of customer complaints on this model. Please advice us 🙏. Why we have to pay AED 1000 for samsung hardware issue.
