Green line on display after software update

Recently am updated my my samsung s20 plus mobile with one Ui version 5.1 , after that update after some hours ,there is an green line appeared on my mobile ,am tried to restart and reset my mobile but that green line doesnt gone after that went to nearest service cente but said that time limit of the free screen replacemet has beeen over ,after that am asked to samsung customer support they said that free replacement untill september ,later an went to that service center , but they said that no information has beeen arrived for free replacemet ,,guys can some one tell me how to get replacement

Take your mobile to Samsung service center. They will do it free of cost. Today I got my repaired mobile.

Go to 3 or 4 service center one by one....

Will they replace the display free of cost even if it's out of warranty

There are some conditions-1) your phone should have been purchased within 3 years
2) there shouldn't be any other physical damages to the phone by any other means other than that of the update problem.
They will check it and let you know. Most likely if your phone has no other accidental damages ,you will get it done free.
