If your device is less than 3 years old and there's no scratch marks on the display and frame, you can avail free screen replacement from Samsung service centre.

If it's more than 3 years old, follow these steps:

1. Mail the service head first, explain your case

2. If they don't cooperate, email the CEO then, also tell them that you were denied help from Service Centre and Service Head (do this ONLY when 1 fails)

Yeah , I contacted the costumer service , they said they have dismantle and check the phone in order see if there is any physical or water damage, if there is any issue have to pay 11.9k and if I don't want to do that I won't get my phone in working condition after dismantle, as far as I remember I never had water or physical damage but I'm not sure i can trust the service .

Your phone won't stop working obviously just by opening the phone, ask them why it would stop working. I think they are playing it safe from there side. Ask them to open the phone in front of you, if there's no water damage, insist them to change the display.

Yeah but they are saying after dismantle if they find any physical or water damage then they won't do free replacement and the mobile won't be in working condition if i won't pay ! Mobile has not been damage but I'm not sure if I should rely on costumer service

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept it's as a solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
