Dear Samsung Customer Support 

I am writing to express my concern regarding a persistent issue with my Samsung device. Despite my device being well taken care of and free from any physical damage, a green line has appeared on the display, significantly affecting its usability and my overall experience.

Here are the details of my device:

Model: s22 ultra

The green line on the display appeared suddenly and without any prior warning or incident that could have caused physical damage. Given the reputation of Samsung for high-quality products, I am quite disappointed to encounter such an issue.

I have already attempted basic troubleshooting steps, including:

Restarting the device.
Updating to the latest software version.
Performing a factory reset.
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the problem. I have also consulted online forums and discovered that this issue is not isolated, and many other users have reported similar problems with their Samsung devices.

I kindly request that Samsung address this issue promptly. I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution, whether it be a repair, replacement, or any other appropriate action, as part of a goodwill gesture.

Please advise on the next steps I should take to resolve this issue. I look forward to your prompt and positive response.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. This can't be possible talk ta service centeres around you. Samsung provided free service for S20 series not S22. So talk to 2,3 service centre once. See what they say or call Samsung customer care. Raise the issue.

Are u sure they replace it for free as yesterday Mine s20 plus got an green line while I was on video call

I got my Screen display replaced yesterday. Samsung removed the display cost. I only had to pay for Labour cost and all.. which was fine for me.
So what you need to do is 1st visit the service center in your city and get your phone checked a get a job sheet. If your phone does not have any physical damage or scratches, then you need to reach out to customer support team with the job sheet and ask for free replacement. This is the step which I followed. Hope this helps.

How many days did they keep your phone with them? Did they give your back to you after they delivered the job sheet to you? I went to a service centre and they said they would keep my phone until the issue is resolved either by payment or free or if I don't move it the service. I don't have a spare phone and I may need my phone for coming weeks.

Job Sheet - within 2 hours phone returned.
Getting phone repaired - 3 days..(2 days holiday included)
