Got a call from the service center representative from Chandigarh and he is saying the so call " Samsung Guidelines" won't allow them to fix this issue free of cost. Also, they dont know the actual cause of the issue (thankfully this guy was polite enough not to point fingers at me). He said Samsung will provide the best possible service to fix the issue but if an issue happens to this screen again post 3 months(lets say green line 2.0), then we'll have to pay for the new screen again since the screen warranty is only upto 3 months
