Galaxy SI rushed to the service center as well thinking they would be able to help me out but they pointed fingers at me saying I might have dropped the device or so (got this response after they checked if I had a warranty or not, which got exhausted some days before the issue occured).
Now, I've raised a error report through Samsung Members stating the whole story.
PS: If you have warranty, they would change it for you, free of cost without any hassle.

Galaxy SSo I visited the service center today again and had a long chat with the service consultant. He was reluctant yet again to inspect my device which was not surprising to me since I didnt have a warranty. Finally, I asked him to raise an official complaint with a service request number.
I bombarded error reports in the Samsung Members App as soon as i got the service request number from them giving long essays on my issue.
Finally, they said a service expert would contact me to give me some solutions through my registered mobile number.
